Substitution/Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. Because flowers are seasonal and availability can vary, substitutions may sometimes be necessary. Rest assured—we will always provide an arrangement of equal or greater value while maintaining the look, style, and sentiment of your selection.

Fresh Flowers

We carefully preserve the overall shape, size, style, and color palette of your chosen design. In single-variety arrangements (e.g., roses, daisies, orchids), the flower type will take precedence over color. Example: yellow daisies may be replaced with another color of daisies, not a different yellow flower. White and cream roses may be substituted for one another, as well as peach and pink roses. If orchids are unavailable, purple or pink may be used in place of white, and vice versa.

Plants

For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another color. Containers for plants will be as close as possible.

Gift Baskets

To ensure freshness and timely delivery, substitutions within baskets may be made with items of equal or greater value.

Balloons

Some hospitals restrict latex balloons. In these cases, Mylar balloons will be substituted to ensure delivery.

Special Occasions

We know how important it is for flowers to arrive on time for birthdays, anniversaries, and funerals. If your requested flowers are unavailable, we will attempt to contact you. If we are unable to reach you, we will substitute with the closest available flowers of equal or greater value to ensure your order is delivered on time. Our choices will always prioritize sentiment, appropriateness, and design integrity.

Non-Perishable Items

Non-perishable gifts may be returned within 30 days of purchase (with receipt) for a refund or exchange.
