I am very disappointed in what I received. I had ordered an anniversary bouquet for my husband for our anniversary. First off, Whitfield Florist delivered it to the wrong address. I did get that resolved—they corrected their mistake and the bouquet was finally delivered. However, when I did receive the bouquet, I was very disappointed in how the arrangement appeared. The arrangement was scrawny and sickly looking. It looked nothing like what was advertised. I understand that sometimes substitutions are necessary due to the lack of availability, and I am completely fine with that. But the appearance of the overall bouquet was embarrassing for me when I gave it to my husband. I paid a total of $73.54, which includes $44.99 for the bouquet and $19.99 for Teleflora fees. I did receive a $22.00 credit from Teleflora for Whitfield delivering the bouquet to the wrong address, but I feel that the arrangement I received from Whitfield was not worth the price I paid. I reached out to Teleflora and Whitfield Florist about the appearance of the bouquet and my dissatisfaction. Whitfield Florist made me a second complementary bouquet that looked much better than the first one I received. I'm attaching photos to this review showing what I should have received, what I actually received, and the improved second complementary bouquet. Despite the initial issues, I would recommend Whitfield Florist because they definitely make things right.
